Masheret Mission
Masheret is Hebrew for ‘servant’. As servants of God, our calling and anointing is for helping orphans and widows.
Masheret Missions was created by the word of God and became a non profit company in 2012. Subsequently the mission also became an NPO in 2021.
The mission is currently comprised of three people who have varied backgrounds, each with a solid belief in God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, the Bible, His Word and how they work in our lives to help us be the best we can be and help lift up others physically and mentally to be their best.
Our backgrounds, personally and/or professionally, as well as our faith, gives us the expertise and experience to work in the areas needed as the Lord leads us.
HEART OF HEALTH - HOLISTIC HEALTH MINISTRY
THEN GOD SAID, “I GIVE YOU EVERY SEED BEARING PLANT ON THE FACE OF THE WHOLE EARTH AND EVERY TREE THAT HAS FRUIT WITH SEED IN IT, THEY WILL BE YOURS FOR FOOD.” Genesis 1:29
This is a ministry which we have been called to, and have been led to, by The Lord to do what we can to assist, teach and help individuals to get back on the road to great health if suffering illness, physical trauma or emotional distress. We are only vessels that we believe have been equipped by having to overcome severe illness within our own families and life experiences but it is God who ultimately steps in. When we have done everything we can do to assist in educating a healthy lifestyle, He does what we can’t do and that is the ‘HEALING’.
Being a ministry, we do this as His servants out of love for God’s people. Therefore there is no fee. It’s voluntary work that we have been called to do in the hope that, through the healing process, each individual or family will grow in their FAITH as they start to heal and recover.
Our ministry is Christian based. All the therapeutic recommendations are as natural and non-toxic as possible with the main focus being on anti-inflammatory, unprocessed, and preservative free foods, the foods God created in order to keep us healthy. All the recommendations we advise for each individual, are based on the belief that God mentions specific foods in ‘His Word’ especially Genesis 1:29, for us to apply to our own lives and in doing this, He is able to heal each and every one according to His Will. Healing is not limited to just illness. Our Hope in healing, that is part of our ministry, is from all aspects of life that affects families or hinders anyone being able to live a fruitful life.

Where are we going?
It’s big, it’s beautiful, it’s worthy of Him and is focused more on children again yet ultimately will help adults as well!
We are thrilled to have adjoining to our ministry another ministry of Holistic Health “to do what we can to assist, teach and help individuals to get back on the road to great health if suffering illness, trauma or emotional distress”.
HOW WILL WE GET THERE
Simple – as always with God’s Grace!. We will be looking for a venue to do:
Training regarding trauma, particularly for place-of-safety, foster children and parents, children’s homes, orphanages and caregivers
Consultations regarding health issues, chronic issues and\or learning difficulties for adults and children based on naturopathy (God’s way)
Information and education in foods and replacements with appropriate foods and how to do it
We will be looking for specific types of organizations to be a part of this by way of support with their natural products and/or services to assist with programs such as occupational therapy for children
Support with bible studies
Donations from any organization or persons who believe in the philosophy of these ministries, particularly impacting this generation, those upcoming and future.
What we have done
The mission has constantly evolved since its inception. The constant however has always been the focus on children.
Children’s bible study program was well received in the areas the mission was based in previously.
The mission at that time had a garden that helped feed those in the area in need.
Contacts were made at the time to also help those in need of clothing.
What we are doing now
The base of the mission moved under God’s leading, to a farm.
Currently the mission operates to assist those in need but particularly children, whether food, clothing, love and understanding and sharing the love of God by what we do and showing His love.
Since moving to another area not far from the first mission, the mission has continued to maintain contact with those the mission has helped and those who helped the mission.
Others that have been laid on our hearts to help have been from a local church and residents of the area – not always children but adults as well.
We have been waiting on the Lord for our next move in our journey with Him and we now know where we are headed and what we will be doing with and for Him next!
